I am aware there are VIP events such as VIP early release and double/triple points. When is the triple points weekend event? Is it yearly? Also what's your opinions on VIP early release? Johnny1360 Posted May 7, 2018 Don't have any answers for you but I am of the opinion that early VIP releases are quite pointless because you can become a VIP instantly and purchase said exclusive on the spot, just a marketing gimmick so they can track your buying habits, albeit better than most. deraven Posted May 7, 2018 I don't think it's a regular annual event, but looking at years past it's been mostly in April or November. So at this point, unless they spring a single day or weekend 3x promo randomly, the best bet is probably heading into the winter holidays (including any live in-store invitational VIP events, but I think they may be done with those based on the trend the last couple of years).
