Number of parts: 1891

--> x1 XL for propulsion, x1 servomotor for steering and x1 IR receiver

--> all functions are pneumatics -> x1 Lmotor to drive 2 compressor cylinders, x1 airtank, x1 automatic compressor shut-off valve, x4 control valves, x4 pneumatic cylinders.

--> 42030 wheels

--> 6cyl. in line fake engine

The blade cylinders are independent, it allows to tilt the blade

Could be pretty easy to fit that functionality in this scale.

You could try to continue, and make also showel turning remote controlled, make some crabbing (don't know correct naming). 

Cabin looks somehow small (it needs to start closer to bottom of chassis) or rear too long (maybe not, if I'm looking at pictures of real one), add some plough at the rear

Additional articulated steering can be used also for crabbing
