MaximB Posted February 23, 2018 For the second stage of the Ukrbricks contest "The spring engine, as portrayed in medieval works, appears to have been of simple construction though it was no doubt an effective weapon. This engine is well depicted, together with the slip-hook which releases the arm or spring, when the latter is drawn back far enough to strike the butt-end of the javelin with sufficient force to project it." Tezclatipoca Posted February 26, 2018 A nice heavy weapon ! I didn't knew this kind of design. Is it an improvement of a ballista or of a Roman Scorpio ? Good job !
Littleworlds Posted February 27, 2018 This is quite brilliant. Lovely frame structure with the different shades of brown giving it a proper wood-feel. Excellently done!
Venefic Posted February 27, 2018 Good job on adding decoration around the sides instead of a normal baseplate. That bright green really stands out from the brown well and also great picture quality!
Paddi Posted February 28, 2018 The mechanics look quit realistic!
