I tried to be the most reallistic as possible, with a lot of details, electric cables, old walls. there is an outside tennis court, two squash courts and a ping pong table on the 2nd floor. It's funny because it's obvious to anyone with an interest in that sport (I used to play tennis in a distant past). Otherwise it's a very realistic looking build with many nice details.
