I believe that's from an old Lego racer set. I have a head similar to it, if not the same.

I have no idea. I just found it in my "head box". I guess it is original LEGO....

Yup, it was original LEGO, Racers theme from many years back, like @ODA 401 said.

That third one, LOL, how much more gear can you pile onto that exoskeleton?  That's awesome!
