hopefully there will still be some fresh snow around.

Just wondering what function the turntable will have, will it be for cab rotation or some kind of crane attachment?

It just snowed alot, so the first point is covered :classic: the turntable and the axle going through it will control the crane.

That is huge! What color will the body be? Yellow?

Thanks! Dark blue and yellow.

I wish I would have saw this sooner! That is looking very good, so much progress in such little time. 42055 is a great c-model set just because of the wide variety of parts that you are given.

You are the master c-builder, I am looking forward to progress!

Thanks! I need to finish this by next weekend, so progress will be very fast. The set is unfortunately lacking connector variety, but no big deal

This is so huge and impressive! I'm excited to see it!

My only suggestion is to maybe count up all the dark bluish gray and black track links and divide the black links evenly among the tracks, e.g. one black link per every 5 DBG links.

But anyways, good job!

Thank you so much!

I will be doing that last, as a sort of final touch on this model. It will be done Friday or Saturday.

It's absolutely amazing what you are able to do with limited parts building C-models, and this is n exception. Great job of this one!

I am glad this isn't another Claas C-model, because now I do not need to take apart your skidder to build this beast.

One question, would you do anything differently if it wasn't a c-model?

Nicer bodyworks (better-rounded cabin), better suspension (pendular just isn't complex enough) and the big one, LA on the crane. Because clutch gears are absolute BS.
