FIN

No story today yet, I just wanted to get the courthouse up as a build. I would like this to be licensed as a large Art and Culture by Mooreton Bay, but if they won't take it, I'll just license it myself in January. Just let me know @Ayrlego. The interior is set up like an actual courthouse, and we'll be starting the trial within the week. (Hopefully)

C&C appreciated!

Cool build!

The outside is my favourite part, there is some interesting variety in structures, and the whole thing looks "official".

The inside is functional, but a bit bland in my opinion. If possible, add some details to the big wall behind the judges seat, and maybe another flag or two. Are some of those parts dusted? :look:

Overall a solid build, and definitely a great "canvas" for the upcoming trial. There is lots of room for varied minifig placement and playability, well done. I am now looking forard even more to the actual trial!

I think the yellow and white work surprisingly well together! I would not have guessed that it would. I like the usage of the picket fences on the exterior as they add a nice look to the facade. Also the Nexo shield once again makes a great part for an emblem over an entrance. Probably the only critique I have is that the roof facing the road could use some tiling to give it a studs less look. I particularly call it out because using the slopes on the lower part of the wall with their smooth tops contrasts with the studs on top. Great job on the spacious interior, and setting it up ready for a trial. In the front of the building, is that a globe on the left and a helmet on the right?

Just in from the Belson Naval Court, young barrister Alex Wright, specialising in Naval Law, will be the prosecutor in the case against the crew and captain of the WTC Icarus returning.

I agree with Drunknok that the inside could use some more detail. The outside though, is really impressive, the "gatehouse", second floor balcony, and pillars all add up to make nice, yet imposing building! I also like the furniture and set up in the court room, although the lack of walls on the sides makes it feel a bit empty.

Certainly a very functional courthouse ready for the trial to begin! Once it gets some figures and additional details in the interior, I think it will feel a bit less empty. If you have brown tiles, the tables badly need them! Also, maybe print out a picture of the Queen for a frame behind the judges chair?

Done! Mooreton Bay is going to have more art and culture than most Oleon cities at this rate!
