Another 42054 C model. It'll have 3 power functions, and at least 4 manual functions. The front will have a grabber like in @M_longer's C model, though without any function:

-Front stage 1 (powered)

-rotation rear excavator (powered)

-rear excavator stage 1 (powered)

-front stage 2 (manual)

-rear excavator stage 2 (manual)

-HoG steering (manual)

-opening doors

Pitty that you are not making yellow one in this scale...it could have 4cylinder engine, 4 wheel drive, 3 mod steering...back to topic - I'm affraid that small LA is to week for that purpose, but lets see how another C model will look like

Get rid of those clutches, it will not work. Believe me, I tried :)

How exactly do you suggest I do that? Or do you mean the 24z gears?

Ahh, rright. English. Clutch /= driving ring.

No, I was saying about those white z24 gears. Internal cluthces in linear actuators will be enough.

1. I have virtually no yellow pieces.

2. 3 steering modes are possible, but only with the complete removal of power functions and gearbox. The fake engine could be built into this, no problem (not working, just existent).

3. What is the problem with small LA's?

Uhm, why? I have made wheel loader that uses two small LAs and it works fine:

Take a look on @Sariel's set 42061 review

You noticed that in 42061 LA is mounted in oposite direction compared to this WIP model?

@M_longer is right. Here, there should be no problem.

Thanks for the explanation M_longer.

I had the same problem on my tilting bed on Unimog no matter which direction I place LA. I assume that you wont use much weight on it?

They're won't be much weight at all. Everything is working so far.

In that case it would (probably) be sufficiant

Update time!

So I added the front hood and added the "pallet" attachment to the front. I have one problem though, and that's that the front looks kind of weird and half-baked and I don't know what to do about it, after 6 iterations.

And a bit of side was added as I need to start rationing DBG pieces:

So That's it. Leave a comment!

The front is too narrow, looks like you have wheel spacers on.

Are you basing your build off of another machine? If so, could you post it so we have an idea?

Can't post a picture just yet, but here's the name: JCB 5CX Wastemaster.

Looks better, but it would be best if you could print real machine dimension and masses page in scale that fits your moc to see proportions

I could try doing that, but how would it help?

Now that I see what it looks like with an extra stud on both sides, I think the thinner version looks better.  With the addition of the 1x5 lift arm, the bodywork does not flow as nicely.

You could gain ideal proportions in scale about 1:13.5 (real tires are 1428mm and you have 107mm)...
