Does anyone know of software to make large sculptures?

I want to make a LEGO goblet at 20x size, but I can;t find decent software that can do it.

There is LSculpt, which can make Lego sculptures out of 3D models, so if it was possible to convert the LDraw file for the Lego goblet into a 3D model, then it would be possible to make a 20x sculpture out of it.

Maybe @Philo can help with this? - he knows a lot about LDraw.

Yes, LSculpt is probably a good solution. Open the LDraw model of the goblet with LDView, then export it as stl file, and process this stl with LSculpt.

I used Lscuplt, but it just made the model entirely out of 1x1 plates.

I didn;t see any options for using more than one single type of item in it. Maybe i'm missing something.

That's what does LSculpt, it just defines the best plate shape. You have to join the 1x1 and provide brackets to make the model buildable.

It actually sounds like a cool 'little' project; creating a program that takes the LDraw output from LSculpt and transforms it in a somewhat buildable model. Too bad I'm a bit very busy at the moment.
