Yes (actually is from Elves). Modified (it is designed for a thin neck).

Not a whole lot of feedback to provide here as this build doesnt really show much of anything..... which you basically stated in your writeup.    

Small pic of a build, almost as if this was a teaser for something larger.  This doesn't really show a build and it's such a small bit seen that it makes it difficult to see anything actually built!  I like the usage of the Friends head; that was creative and a first.  But the lack of seeing more of a build made me wanting more...
