[OL - FB] Large Rum Factory of Fatu Hiva

Elise,
Oleon granted me permission to purchase a large plot of land in Fatu Hiva to build a factory. We're expanding our rum business further, out amongst the white sands of Fatu Hiva. Yes, I know, sugarcane isn't growing there and we'll need to import it, but the land was purchased at a good price. This should bring in increased revenue for us. Hopefully Terraversa will have a good amount of cane for us to begin importing.

This is my first microbuild, and I think it turned out somewhat decent. I really tried to keep to the lore established for Fatu Hiva, but Emile has to continue to expand his alcohol business.

Seriously, a nice micro-build. I'd like to know how these are handled for licensing purposes though?

It is a nice microbuild. I like the trees and the surf at the beach.

Typically, however, microbuilds need pre-approval for licensing. They usually occur as a prize from a challenge. However, there have been exceptions. @Bregir, do you want to weigh in on this? It does have the required footprint for a "small" factory license.

@Capt Wolf: I believe this is one of the ch 5 microbuild prizes, but even if it isn't I think it is sufficient footprint and effort for a small license.

Thanks! I based the colors off of Phred's forts, but all the small dark red looked weird, so I made it just the roofs, which kept the consistency of the town.

Thanks you! I've always been amazed at microscale mocs, but never tried one myself, so this means alot.

Well... yes, we do. Oleander bureaucrazy at work here! 

Oleon will have the greatest spirits enterprise in the known world, even beyond! Emile and Elise dream of King Philip and Qeen Beatrice drinking some of their rum. And if not rum, well then Emile and Elise will expand into other drinks.

Definitely had to keep the white sands. And those botles are headed to market.
