As Eslandola's Secretary of Trade, he shared responsibility with Secretary of the Navy Monezterrell on various bureaucratic duties. "So much work to do with the naval reorganization" he thought to himself. "Thank Sol and Luna that Governor Monezterrell has been on top of his duties." Guilder scratched in an extra 'en' in 'La Raya Venenosa.' "I always have trouble with that ship name" he mused. "Yes, Monezterrell has done excellent work. Now I just have to submit the paperwork to the accountants. Supporting a fully functional navy is expensive business, but the trade routes must be secure." Guilder added up his figures.
