Since you're in the United States, you can get 50 PAB cups for $800 @ $16USD per cup.     $800 only gets me as far as 40 cups in Canada @20CAD each.

I don't think you can get banned for buying too many bricks.  The only way I can think of getting banned is if you bought the bricks through some special purchase program with conditions attached and you violated those conditions.

Not banned, but you'd get a reputation at the warehouse. Every time you placed an order, the employees would roll their eyes, talk about you on their coffee breaks, etc. Like, 'hey did you see that another @Gnac order came in yesterday?' And the other guy says 'agh, are you serious? I just spend three days filling the last one!' That kind of thing.

MOCs are not LEGO sets.

I'm going to list the ones that I'd like to get which are now currently available. There are quite a few which are discontinued now which I would have liked to have got, but I can't remember what the prices were. According to Google Currency Converter, $800 is about £592.8.

Winter Toy Shop - £64.99

The Simpsons House - £189.99

Nasa Apollo Saturn V - £109.99

The Simpsons The Kwik-E-Mart - £179.99

Park Street Town House - £ 44.99

If I'd known the prices of the discontinued sets which I wanted, mainly Christmas themed ones, the large Dol Guldor set, the Erebor set with Smaug (those two are the only Hobbit sets I wasn't able to get hold of) and the Medieval Market, I would have chosen those instead. Even though I am a Star Wars fan, I find the pricing of the good sets to be excessive. I'd collect them if they were more in the price range of the Creator Modular buildings, but even that is really a yearly one off for birthday and Christmas, and not something I'd do all the time.

@MAB and @koalayummies chill down guys  ... You can blame me for not knowing in advance that PAB has a set number in S&H. As I clarified earlier, as long as there is a set number, it is fine. Therefore, buying bricks is technically acceptable. One could say you cannot buy a MOC but you can go and buy all the bricks needed to create the MOC. 

@Isavarg some members used the official equivalent UCS MF price for  UK. That should be £650. 

It is great to see all the lists you all provided and the reasoning behind them.

I ended up buying the UCS Falcon as I just couldn't resist it after coveting it for so long, but if I'd had the willpower to wait a while for a double points event, I'd have bought the following items from my "to buy" list instead (for the UK equivalent price of £650):

10257 - Carousel - £160

21030 - US Capitol Building - £85

 

... with £5 change for a latte and some biscotti on the way back from the Lego store :)

If I include all sets in history I would buy a lot of classic sets like monorail-tracks and pirates etc, but then it would take for ever to make the list.. Instead I make a list over the sets I will spend 800$ on this year instead of the MF (all sets I probably will buy when they are on sale in the future, but never mind):

• 71043 Hogwarts castle 500$
• 10260: Downtown Diner 170$
• 21313: Ship in a Bottle 70$
• Animal moulds from bricks and pieces 60$

Hmmm...  My current wishlist includes:

Assembly Square (10255) at $280

Firehouse Headquarters (75827) at $350

Old Fishing Store (21310) at $150

In that order.  That's $780.  I suppose I'd add a PF motor or something, maybe some bricks to bring it up to $800.
