40178: V.I.P. theme

Recommended Posts

Ordered the set on August, 20 on bricklink and received it yesterday September, 7. Not bad for a package from South Korea to Belgium and almost a week at Belgian customs.

They even opened the package, but anyhow...

Built it yesterday and it's a little LEGO shop with, as it seems, some LEGO boxes on the wall and a pick a brick wall, even an cup to fill it with bricks and of course a salesman.

Also the big V.I.P. LOGO and as member of V.I.P. I had to buy this package.

Wow, I love this set!  I don't mind the stickers, it's a nice way to add some lovely extra detail on to it.

Does anyone know any more about this set? I checked bricklink and it's only available from Hong Kong at the moment, is it likely to get a wider release?

I got this yesterday after spending £79.99

Didn’t know about it and wasn’t expecting it so a nice surprise.  Nice little set with nice selection of little pieces and some cute features (like the dragon)

I have used it to add a small LEGO dept to my Grand Emporium and have put the VIP sign on my desk

I got the set last week at the Nashville Lego store for spending $40. Not a big fan of the stickered Lego sets but its nice to have some different sets for my Lego store.

I love this idea. I might have to try it with my Grand Emporium.
