Hi there,

I have been creating a few chessboard variations which I would like to share with you:

This is the smallest chess set I have created so far (will be difficult to make it smaller).

I am interested in your feedback.

I have one similar to your first one, it is just about useable although I use 1x1 round bricks for the pawns so they don't fall apart so easily when moved. I doubt you'd be able to play with the smaller version. It will be just too fiddly to move the pieces, especially if there are pieces on neighbouring squares.

The chess sets and pieces look nice.

Maybe MAB has a point here: Is it possible to play with the smaller set?

Or was the idea just to have a very small set?

I love these tiny chessboards! So nicely done here. Now you inspired me to make one. Thanks for sharing this. Really love it as a chess player

You may be right, the second one is not playable  ....  but I just wanted a small chess set
