Help with pneumatics - Arocs Mercedez

Ive just assembled the arocs mercedez truck. Wow its big but the pnematics dont work at all. Pumps on, slight movement but not enough power to lift anything. How does one know if the pump is putting out or mal functuioning or  valve mal functioning. Im frustrated a bit. Seems at best the pneumatics system is weak to begin with. Do the little blue pumps often cause trouble. It is a new set. Thanx

The first thing I would do is check for any kinks in the tubes.

Otherwise you can check is the pump is working by connecting it directly to a cylinder (with a single tube), and seeing if it can move it.

Sometimes they can be a bit weak, but not when they are new.

You could try to connect a cylinder directly to the hose from the pump.

if it's still weak, the problem is in the pump.

If it's strong, you should check your plumbing

If none of the above suggestions work, try rebuilding the crane to arrange the tubes better. Try following this video, I did and it helped me get the tubes in.
