Hey guys!

I'm new here and just got back from the dark ages! Though, reasonably early as I classify as a TFOL!

Anyways, this is my first moc and I managed to build it in a day!

Because my collection is reasonably small I am incredibly proud of it :D

Please watch the video and give me feedback!

Thanks guys!

Welcome to Eurobricks

Nice one:thumbup: It looks all a bit open, but sturdy nonetheless. I like the chain in the front and the colourscheme.
You could probably use a set of wheelhubs to make the wheel connections a bit more rigid so that the wheels don't tilt sideways too much

If you can put the springs a bit closer to the wheel you can carry more weight in the front (at the expense of wheeltravel), so maybe then you can use two batteryboxes...

Welcome to Eurobricks @MattL600 :classic:.

Great MOC, especially when it's your first one after the dark ages!

One recommendation I have: check out Sariel's Technic books - I found out a lot from those books!

Thanks for the Tips especially the second one! I was wondering how others were able to achieve heavy loads.

Also, this may seem stupid, but what is a lego wheelhub? haha

I've heard of the books from his youtube channel but I don't think I can afford it cause I don't have a job haha

Interesting after dark ages model, maybe an offroad test?

Awesome model!

I guess this means my collection is even smaller than yours... there are some pieces in that model, common ones, which I do not own.

Keep building!

It was actually pretty hard keep the colour scheme going haha.

I guess all my later models are going to be red and black lol

Coincidentally, while trying out PF for the first time recently, I discovered too that having more battery boxes (as in each for separate motors) does improve on the motors' performance - equivalent to saying that the increased performance more than outweigh any potential downside of added weight. Wonder why not many people do that here...

It didn't have much torque because I did not gear it down and I didn't know how to fix suspension sagg lol
