It's a close call, but I'll go with Old Han Solo. I really, really dislike his stupid grin, but the torso and leg print are just so appealing and that's what places him in front of Kylo Ren. The latter has a great helmet mold and a short cape as well as great expressions, but the torso print and legs are just not very intruiging, as is his whole outfit in TFA.
