Bodi Posted March 24, 2017 The collier Le Gros has undergone a modification in the Royal Shipyard, now, we're ready to sail it to New Terra, to serve under the RNTC. En route to New Terra. From this view, one may think it's nothing else than a defenseless cargo ship, an easy prey for the piratey. A bird view seems to confirm this impression, just 4 small guns. The apparence is deceptive. Of course, we can always get ride of the cannons and make full use of its cargo hold. The captain and passengers should find decent accomodation in this cabin. - Need a little help? - Aye sir, quickly please. Thank you for viewing. Vive le Roi! Capt Wolf Posted March 24, 2017 Nice ship! I particularly like the rise and shape of the stern, and the colors work well (especially for an Oleon ship). The removable parts are great! Also, good work on the sails. Nice conversational presentation as well. Just to clarify: there are two different classes of 4T ships in the game -- 4T1 and 4T2 (the difference is size of cargo hold and cost to license). I trust this is a 4T2? Or, fully armed, she could easily be converted to a 4A.
Kwatchi Posted March 24, 2017 Nicely shaped hull and a great colour scheme. The convertible nature of the ship and the captain's cabin are nice touches too.

Since it's smaller than your Far Horizon and the fully armed version is only required in war time. 14 minutes ago, Kwatchi said: Nicely shaped hull and a great colour scheme. blackdeathgr Posted March 25, 2017 Like father, like son! hehehehehe! You are both evolving into seriously good shipbuilders! All hail Oleon and his majestic and venerable King!
Captain Genaro Posted March 25, 2017 A lovely ship and a welcome addition to the RNTC. Even without the cannons in her hold, I'm certain the sight of her gunports will be enough to deter all but the strongest of foes (and for that we have escorts!). You did a nice job with the tapering of the cabin and I really like the stern and gallery design. Perhaps more simple than some ships, but the colors look great together and sometimes there is a certain elegance in simplicity. The detailed cabin is a nice addition, too. In terms of suggestions, you might consider adding some more details to the deck. Belaying pin rails (even if you don't plan on having detailed rigging). a capstan, anchor, and bell would all be good additions to your build.
Ayrlego Posted March 25, 2017 A lovely ship with great shape and colour scheme! The accessible hold is a great feature, fantastic job!

I'll add more details to the ship, pin rails and capstan are good ideas. 6 hours ago, Ayrlego said: A lovely ship with great shape and colour scheme!
