In upcoming 2 weeks will it probably be manufactured in the factory, therefore I intend release around mid 2008..

By this, do you mean the Lego factories that produce the sets, or the LDD factory? Or perhaps both!?!? :'-)

Seriously though, this looks fantastic. I see sand green bricks, a stroller, and it's also good to see they are now adding details on the back. I think I see a "metal" staircase on the back.

This is a fantastic set rivals cafe corner in my opinion especially with the great amount of mini-figs in the set

Looks good. I just wish there was more green on the front. It looks like the only visible green is on the sides. I like the bay windows on the right. Definately a must buy.

Wow, it looks great, and big. Bigger than I expected. I was kind of hoping we'd see these level off in the $120 range, tops, and this seems like it will break that, but it'll be hard to resist.

Though I haven't picked up Market Street yet... I kind of hope these have a long 'shelf' life, there is so much else to keep up with.
