Hi folks. im new to this forum and this is my christmas build .   still have lots of things i want to do with it but most important for me was to get all functions to work .

Nope, not at this moment.  Im working on a turret that shoots, but it will have a 3d printed barrel

You could look up some lego ones too. Just like the on by @Ctan.

Problem is it Will be difficult to get a round barrel

You can build 3x3L octagon using liftarms and tiny slopes. It's still not round but close enough I think.

Would be a problem to get it down in to the case. :/ Also the scale of it would come out very wrong.

 

But i will take this with me to the build om doing now. That will shoot :)

Great to see your MOC here mortil! I’m lucky because I’ve seen it in “action” on the floor of a couple of Swedish events, it always brings a smile to the children’s faces !

thnx. first post was in dec.2016 when i just had the mechanics figured out. :)  

Now its some "minor adjustments" to it :P or could i say everything rebuilt and stronger. :) 

i just need to see what i build that can cover for the archer when i put it out of service :P 

maybe my project Bofors Mjölner or the Atlas copco PitViper.

I was thinking about something like this. I just realised that slope isn't 45 degree and it doesn't look esthetic...
