To prevent gears from slipping use this solution. You should use this part: Pin with Friction Ridges Lengthwise WITHOUT Center Slots (Item No: 4459).

But... Universal Joint 3L (Item No: 62520c01) may explode:)

Hello, guys! Today I want to show you lifted version with third party tires. This tires can be found here: http://www.ebay.de/itm/162198869442
Also I made "Updated" instruction with some improvements in both axles. Gears are changed, now it's faster but has less torque. http://bricksafe.com/pages/NikolayFX

Technic Axles 5.5 with Stop were cutted to 5.

Hello Team Enthusiast!

My name is Evan, I think the Chevrolet K5 Blazer Silverado V8 1984 is one of the best-looking Lego models I have seen in a while! Most of the Lego truck models I see with the 62.4x20 Lego wheels do not look realistic. The suspension looks great! I have made some models but I cannot seem to make them strong enough at this scale. I have made a good amount of Lego creations, but about half of them I did not finish as I started with to many ideas to implement. Thank you for making instructions for the model!
