"Modern Modular" - Bookstore International and Café

Recommended Posts

Wanted to share my second straight modular building!

Essentially it's a mixed use building, ground floor has an open space with study area and farmer's market, with urban farm; and inside there is a bookstore and Cuban Coffee window (Miami style!).

Second floor has more books and lounge space for the customers.

Third floor is an all open space with a party scene and open bar.

All levels fully furnished for the art of it :)

Hope you guys enjoy my pics and video!

What a great building! I like the the front has some shape to it and isn't just flat. And you have a great use of color.

Thank you guys so much! Wanted to change things up for this one.

An urban farm and market... Neat! Need more lego City farm sets.

Thanks! Yep we do, perhaps more emphasis on farmer's markets, urban farming, and sustainable stuff. My Honors College class had a project to design something for the city, and while I did a model of a "Smart Station" back in Spring I touched upon the Urban Farming project that classmates did, hence replicating that white hydroponic tower seen in the model.
