[NOTE] Report Center Not Accessible (SOLVED)

Lately I'm having problems accessing the report center. In other words; I can't see it, nor do I have access to it otherwise. Therefor, I am not responding to reports

Other staffers do view the report center so please keep using the report button.

Nope, because I get an explicit Permission Denied at work and at home. This has nothing to do with cache or cookies.

I tried anyway, but to no avail.
