I had the idea during a test run with my Air Boat.

By chance we had visitors and the children were playing with balloons.

The remainder resulted from itself.

That's brilliant fun. You must own some tough balloons!

I wonder if you could tether a minifigure with a parachute above such a steerable fan and fly him? I suppose that the 'chute would have to be quite large...
