BrickCurve Posted July 2, 2016 Nice one, I particularly like how the rover is posed at an angle. Excellent parts usage on both models, particularly the wheels on the rover, that technique is new to me and it works really well. Also, that is a great use of a textured blanket! A side note, the rover picture is a little vignetted at the corners, which isn't a bad thing, it looks good here but the effect is a bit too close to the model. ZCerberus Posted July 2, 2016 Is there independent suspension on the rover- or just a tenuous connection? I think you followed the NeoClassic rules pretty well here. Do these "swoosh" very well?
Littleworlds Posted July 2, 2016 They look very good and appropriatly classical-spacey!
Legonardo Posted July 4, 2016 tenuous connection is the one unfortunately, I'm not quite technic savvey enough yet to get working suspension in such a tight space! Thanks though, and yes it is very much swoosh-able :)
ZCerberus Posted July 5, 2016 Yeah, not sure that I would be any good at a suspension either, just curious. The swoosh is the most important part.
bricklover Posted July 15, 2016 I love all of the small details! The rover is my favorite.
