Elostirion Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 The "Strada Iniesta", named after Román Esteban Fontonajo's father, is one of the older areas of the city. It comprises many living houses, but also some taverns and smaller shops or workshops. Below you can see one of the bigger houses, currently inhabited by Paolo Belsino, a merchant who is rumored to have some great trading connections to the people over in Bastion and Rassilon. However, due to the recent rumors of a great flotilla assembling to hunt down pirates, it has become silent around the pirate cities, and so Paolo's success has decreased over the past few weeks. However he is still capable of paying the monthly rent of his living house to the Fontonajo family. Quote
blackdeathgr Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 That's a nice, solid caribbean-like house! Its shape and color captures the region's spirit completely! I am that sure about the fence part acting as a door though. Quote
soccerkid6 Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 Neat log brick roof and the balcony adds some nice visual interest to the building Quote
TitusV Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 Great house, tough a bit particular in colour. My favoured detail is the little balcony Quote
wout1988 Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 NPU of the fence. I like the Carribian building style. Quote
Tezclatipoca Posted May 30, 2016 Posted May 30, 2016 Nice house ! A very good cuban style ! I was asking me recently when we will see purple or pink houses like the ones in La Havana ! You seemed to have heard me. Quote
SilentWolf Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 So pink! Definitely imitating some of the Caribbean and Mediterranean houses I have seen pictures of. This is a great build and works extremely well with the others on the street. Quote
