Having missed out on seeing the leak of the battle packs, is anyone able to describe the small build that goes along with said sets?

Interesing that you're more curious about the builds than the figs.

A boring walker for the imperials and a speeder for the rebel scum.

And it also looks like there is a turret on a rock.

I hope we get admiral Raddus in a set

Depends on his importance in the plot and the context of the scenes he appears in  He's certainly feasible as a minifig since he wouldn't require any new moulds and I for one would love to see him in a future set

The Imperials get a fairly unique walker while the Rebels get some boring speeder and a terrain bit.

I'm actually glad that the other two battlepacks will be released in summer.

They're still up, just somewhere else. Refer to previous comments by pittpenguin123 for where.

So has it been agreed upon that the apparent Imperial Officer in the upcoming Y-wing set is going to be sw775, the same one which was new to the 75159?

Judge any mini-figs with extreme prejudice in these preliminary images, they always use a place holder image of the mini fig's latest iteration, so it's very unlikely to be the same fig.

No. It is a placeholder for another figure.

Battlepacks get released usually on the winter wave.

It was said that there are 2 in the winter wave and 2 in the summer.

Can someone give me a brief description of the known sets and any minifig highlights?

Sure, here you go:

75160-75163 Microfighters: U-Wing (with U-Wing Pilot), TIE Striker (with TIE Fighter Pilot), Y-Wing (with Rebel Pilot) and Krennic's Shuttle (with Imperial Officer, might be preliminary).

75164 Rebel Battle Pack (RO): Includes four rebel troopers. The picture is preliminary, so we have no idea how the final minifigs will look, but in the picture they're wearing sand green uniforms with dark tan Endor-style helmets. Features a dark green speeder bike and a turret.

75165 Imperial Battle Pack (RO): Includes two Stormies and two Deathtroopers. The vehicle in this one is a two-legged walker, akin to the ones we've seen in previous battle packs.

75168 Yoda's Jedi Starfighter: It's Yoda's unique Interceptor variant that was featured in season 6 of TCW. It's mainly dark green and dark bley and uses none of the traditional Interceptor parts (i.e. no bubble canopy and no hexagonal flag pieces). The wings consist of regular plates and the front windscreen is the regular 4x4 dish. Includes Yoda and R2

75169 Duel on Naboo: A set similar in style as this year's Bespin set. Includes the pit, a runway leading to it (complete with the red laser-barrier made of lightsaber blades) and appears to have a function incorporating Technic elements that is sort of hard to make out. Minifigs include Maul, Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon.

75170 The Phantom: Based on the new Phantom that will at some point appear in Rebels season 3. The new vessel seems to be heavily inspired by the Neimoidian/Separatist shuttle (or turns out to be a modified one in-universe), but in a different colour scheme (white, dark bley, yellow and a light shade of blue) and with different proportions (the "fin" for instance is quite less substantial). It features a Speed Champions windscreen. The minifigs aren't shown in the leaked pictures, but it was stated several times that we'd get Kanan (with mask), Chopper and Thrawn.

75171 "Bunker Battle": A RO set that features a bunker (at least the facade of one) and tropical scenery (a palm tree and bushes). Includes some tan baseplates, an exploding feature and one of the orange crates found in the Hovertank set. Includes Cassian Andor (brown or dark red jacket), an Imperial Ground Crew (probably Jyn Erso in disguise, as seen in the first teaser) and two Shoretroopers.

75172 Y-Wing: Also based on Rogue One. Simply an updated version of 2012's Y-Wing with interesting minifigs. Includes what appears to be Moroff, a silver Astromech (probably R2-BHD), a Pilot and two other minifigs that I can't make out.

75173 Luke's Landspeeder: Simply a new version. Doesn't appear too different from 2014's iteration except for the colour scheme (back to tan) and the engines that use reddish brown "Chooper heads" (you know, the piece that is used for R5 Astromechs and Chopper etc). Features Luke, Obi-Wan, C-3PO and a Tusken Raider.

75174: Desert Skiff: Another new rendition. Includes the skiff itself and the Sarlacc, just like the 2012 version. The Sarlacc is built differently, this time it's reddish brown instead of dark tan and uses bubble canopy pieces for its mouth (this piece: http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=87752&idColor=13#T=C&C=13 ). The skiff seems to be very similar to the previous one. Includes Boba Fett, Han, Chewy and a Weequay with Nadakhan's hairpiece (from Ninjago).

That is not how I read his comments. I thought he said that we are getting the two that leaked in the winter wave and two additional battle packs in the summer wave?

Sorry to ask a redundant question but when will the RO battle packs be released as well as the other RO sets?

In the winter 2017 wave, so most likely in January.
