[MOC] Classic Space Galactic Adventurer (Galaxy explorer 2.0)

Just a quick post to showcase a MOC I made earlier.

The galactic adventurer, or galaxy explorer 2.0. It is based on the original classic space line from 1979, specifically the LL928 galaxy explorer.

I wanted to have a beat up classic space ship that has seen a lot and is finally returning to the LEGO system to report it's finds.

With minifigure

brick built cockpit due to unavailability of trans-yellow windscreens.

Pretty good, definitely does have a beat up look to it. Now I want see how it looked brand new :-) Does it have a rover in the the cargo bay?

I have just updated the design and will show pics asap, it dosen't have a rover as of yet but there is now a functioning top hatch with room for a rover and a minifig or 2. I may build that area into a science research base thing though.
