EPILOGUE

Six years ago today I started this project without even imagining how far I'd go with it. Thanks to everyone who motivated and encouraged me to keep going. I appreaciate every single comment and feeback. I truly appreciate every single one of you who took their time to share your thoughts with me, but I can't help but mention directly my friend @Eggyslav who has been part of this since the very first day, always posting his impressions in a very positive and supportive way and even writting bios for some of these.

Over the last few years, I've been reached by several people to tell me this project has inspired to start their own CMF drafts which make this work not only mine now, but also a part of their lives in a way. That truly made feel I have a talent that had an impact beyonf just LEGO fanart.

I've worked with honest passion and dedication, which is why I'm proud to conclude this drafts today and leave them here for the community. Even if I'm retired, my minifigures will be here forever for whenever you want to revisit it: This is not a good-bye. It's an eternal hello!

Congratulations on finishing over 500 excellent minifigs :pir-huzzah2:
Happy to see that you included a Imperial Soldier in the last series, they have always been my favourites since they first came out in 1989 :pir-love:

@Robert8 thank you.

I know I’m not the only one who has been avidly waiting to see what you pulled out of the blind bag for the final hurrah. This is a superb series, in a series of superb series. The fact that you have so many good ideas still on the draft list is frankly amazing.

For series Z, fittingly, I have more favourites than in any of your other regular series - namely the Thai Dancer, the Scientist, the Frontiersman, the Caecilian, THOR, the Ogre, and Feral boy with that sweet, sweet wolf - truly these have been worth the wait!

Really hope some more of your ideas see the light of day, you have captured so many characters so well, and it’s a joy to look back on the mammoth undertaking this has been.

just, WOW.

Thank you Robert for all those years, It was a great pleasure and an inspiring adventure you have taken us all with your beautiful designs. Writing Bios for you was really fun, and I wish @8BrickMario and @Nerd-with-a-Pencil would join me in writing bios for this last batch, for the old times sake. I am sad that this is the end, but also happy for your achievement. Maybe one day Lego will hire you as a designer, or at least make some of your minifigs brought to life. I wish you the best.

Now, enough sappy stuff, to the minifigs, and truly, for the grand finale you pulled out all stops, these are just wonderful, I actually fell in love with Phantom Thief, so classy and beautiful, Thor is also well done, the helmet looks detailed, and just fantastic! The Emperor from Series C finally has his troops, and they look great! I also love the creepy doll maker, and the crazy colored Cyberpunk Guy (great use of Secret Agent's hair!) and Traditional Dancer is also lovely (It's always nice to get national dress from around the world), then there are Davy Crockett and Mowgli Expies, both with some really nice puppy companions, and Turtle girl is so Adorable! It's an all around great series, the only bad part is that it's the last.

Man, what a ride this has been. I was still in high school when these started.

These look amazing! all your ideas have been very creative and executed brilliantly. Sad to see these go (especially since this was the main reason i used eurobricks), but I can't understate how creative and inspiring these have been. Good luck with your future endeavors!

Yet another certified banger, even if it will be the last. My favorite figure from this Series has to be the Phantom Thief. Also you didn't have to do that epilogue, but you did anyway, the picture with every single one of your mini figures in one image, the leftover ideas you have to get others inspired, and the final minifigure: the buffoon which I just realized was a reference to your pfp. Lol. Nearly every single minifigure you've posted to this thread has been great and while it's a shame to see your series go, it's been great to see it grow. Of every minifigure you've made the automaton have to be my favorite.

Well, it's finally here.

I'll definitely miss these. It's always been a treat opening up this thread and seeing a brand-new series posted. Even if I haven't commented on too many of them, I was always checking them out. Your stuff was legitimately an inspiration. It's been great looking through these and I wish you farewell and good luck on where you go next.

As for the series itself, the Phantom Thief, Scientist Man, Lunch Lady (Love how we both gave our version an apple juice accessory), and Cyberpunk Guy are some of the biggest highlights for me.

A fitting end to an amazing body of work. Thank you again for taking us along on this journey.

I love that you included the lists of unproduced ideas, but my heart breaks that I’ll never see your version of a squire. Se la vie.

Such a cool accomplishment, and a truly valuable contribution to the community.

Thanks for all the creative work you put into this. You can truly be proud of this feat! Hope we will see some official minifigures out of your bunch. With today's moulding and printing technology there are greater chances for that.

See you around and best wishes!

This final series comes with a nice bang!

I like Turtle Girl, Feral Boy, Cyberpunk Guy, imperial Solider, Sicence Man, Seasonals Collector!!

But I am not very sure what is “Phantom Thief”? Is there a reference to popular culture or what? I can see a mask printed on a tile and the character’s name - one thing only came to my mind - Persona 5 / Persoan 5 Royal… Please correct me if I am wrong.

Anways, thank you @Robert8 for sharing your wonderful artworks wiht us. I really really enjoyed seeing these amazing minifigures. I was hoping you could continue beyond Seires A - Z. It’s just bittersweet to see this final series but i’m so glad it does have a nice bang! Congrats for your great accomplishments.

My heart hurts having to write what I know will be the last of these, but what a sweet way to go out!

Hammer Wielder: You will be 0% surprised to know that I adore him. Thor is unfortunately becoming pop-culturized out of his genuine historical and cultural relevance, so I love how specific this is with the knot and scroll designs on his helmet, hammer, and boots. That forked lightning piece is inspired!

Frontiersman: I definitely want this one--I swapped out some bits of Wiley Fusebot from the LEGO Movie to have my own, but this is much closer to the look I prefer. Is that a wolf-dog companion I see? (We know from later on in the wave that it can't be a pureblood wolf...

Traditional Dancer: We once again see the attention to exquisite detail that usually accompanies these "cultural archetype" figures, with the patterning on the cloth and the intricate design of the headdress. Only thing I would change would be to add some gold ornaments to snap onto the hands as seen in some performance costumes.

Dollmaker: I guess someone has to come up with all those spooky dolls and haunted toys! This guy is deliciously creepy, and I love the idea of specialized hairpieces for the microfigures. That's an idea with a lot of untapped potential.

Imperial Soldier: I'm almost sorry to say it, but the map is the most enticing aspect of this one for me. The figure itself is as excellently designed as any other, but as an updated version of a classic LEGO faction, it doesn't make my eyes pop the way some of the more unique ones do.

Polo Player: Like most of the sports figures, this one doesn't interest me, but I'm sure polo enthusiasts would go nuts over it. (I think I said the same thing about the Lacrosse Player back when I reviewed whichever wave that was.)

Phantom Thief: Now we're back to something that tickles my fancy! She is just superb! The dark purple costume palette! The cheeky expression! The hat/hair combo! The recolored sack and Faberge egg! The calling card! The very specific genre of comic book this sort of character evokes! I see from the comments before mine that she seems to be the favorite this time around, or close to it, and no wonder! This is a magnificent character!

Seasonals Collector: I feel called out. (Just kidding.) Is this guy related to the parents from the Advent Calendar? If not, they should meet up and talk shop. The costumed dog is a real winner (as they usually are), and there's something amusingly recursive about a 1x1 brick printed as a Brickheadz figure.

Fireman: While the City figures are rarely my favorites, I'm impressed by the realistic gear here. It just now occurs to me that most firefighting scenarios in City sets are fairly benign--a trash can or isolated tree in a park or abandoned building goes up, and a crew of smiling firefighters with fun trans-light blue pieces comes to put it out, and all is well. Not this guy, though. This guy is doing some serious rescue work at a house fire in that getup. A real civic hero.

Cecaelia: (I'm not sure about the spelling here, but I'm going with what you put down.) This is about the only other thing you could have done with the hair/ears piece you gave the Evil Mermaid, and it looks really good in both cases. I don't know if Ursula was the first of these in popular culture or if she just mainstreamed the idea, but it's hard now to imagine an underwater fantasy setting that doesn't include them. Strangely enough, I don't think this guy is evil as such...just stern.

Turtle Girl: There is definitely a story here, with the teary-but-smiling face and the nature program on TV. (That face would be repurposed for so many special occasion MOCs!) I've grown quite fond of the animal costumes, both official and Robert9-produced, and this makes a lovely addition to the collection.

Scientist Man: Come on, it should have been Astrophysicist! Albert Einstein is such an obvious example of an instantly-recognizable historical figure that it's a little strange he hasn't been a real minfig yet. This design is so simple, yet effective.

Lunch Lady: A public school classic! She looks perfect, and the color of the apple juice box somehow captures that "perfectly normal, but subtly unappetizing" vibe of all institutional food.

Ogre: Sadly, I think the Shrek franchise spoiled the market for brutish green ogres, but I'd definitely go for a few of these. The Fantasy Forces of Darkness need their heavy-hitters, after all. I like the different-colored nubs on the club.

Feral Boy: Frankly, I think TLG owes us Mowgli to go with Tarzan Jungle Boy. This one would definitely be a hot item for the wolf (and this is how I know the Frontiersman's companion is probably a crossbreed), but let's show some appreciation for the kid too. He's definitely had a hard life in what, twelve years, judging by all the scars, but he's still chipper and ready to face the world!

Cyberpunk Guy: The color palette here is exceptionally eye-catching, and nicely reflects the visual direction the genre has taken in recent years--leaning away from black-with-neon-accents to a more color-infused look. There's also something a bit androgynous about the use of teal, pink, and purple with an otherwise masculine-presenting character. The Unikitty skull design on the tee-shirt is a witty touch!

And finally, our last-minute bonus...

Bouffon: Black-eyed but still grinning. An example for all of us in today's world. I'd love to have a jester in black and purple just for the Goth aesthetic.

Thank you, @Robert8 Most sincerely. Your work has been the highlight of Eurobricks, and especially of the Special LEGO Themes forum, for these six years. I don't know who else could possibly take up your mantle.

Phantom Thief is a trope very popular in Japan, maybe not as much as the Magical Girl, but IPs like Persona are great example of it. You can read more about here https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/PhantomThief

Cyberpunk is an aesthic I really dig and I can't believe I made just 1 cyberpunk CMF in SIX YEARS. Its insane. Just like Steampunk, one could make almost an entire wave out of it. Also, I agree with you about the Cyberpunk visual drift. At this point is mixing a lot with the vaporwave aesthetic

I was planning to reuse the Evil Mermaid/Cecaelia hairpiece for the Ichthyocentaur, which is a fanstasy/mythological creature half centaur half fish

Yes, the Automaton was really nice to make! Gald you liked her! Unfortunaly I could only make 2 dieselpunk minifigures. The Automaton and the Supreme Leader. But I really likehow both came out.

Long time ago I remember saying that if Robert isn't choosing some suggestion from my most wanted list, I would have to do it myself. So as this project has come to an end....  I think there are alot going on for me since my suggestion were mostly unpopular.   Or maybe Robert is kind enough to avoid those opinions just to give me work, since they cannot survive in the leftover list as well. (Answer is, yes, he does avoid them on purpose.)

Since this is only about recycling the unused ideas and suggestions, I'm not playing The LEGO Group by limiting the amount of new pieces, and of course these are not inheriting Robert's new piece ideas.

I don't think my ideas are as understandable as Robet's, so for each idea I'm applying an explanation about what they represent.

52074746120_b8b6d4f067_b.jpg

1. Tyrant

52073220632_f59cb32302_o.png

Part assortment: New crown hairpiece, beard. Two parts capes, black "seagull" as a crow and a recolored wand with jewel.

There is both a typical archenemy character for the classic King from the official CMF line (from my knowing, the past official Castle line doesn't have a unique design for an evil human king), or it can be some kind of videogame villain from medieval/fantasy RPGs, you know, the Ideas licenses which TLG used to reject .

2. Drink Kid

52074262606_b0322303ef_o.png

Part assortment: New drink glass part and drink costume part. Snowboard hat in a new color.

Costumes are inevitable for a series, so that this is a kind that I think food costumes can add.

3. Kebab Chef

52074263938_4fa8d7fd11_o.png

Part assortment: New shawarma meatloaf part. Recolored Butcher hat and kitchen knife.

Sushi chef means that worldwide culinary can be a thing? I think kebab can be a good addition to City sets as its also appears in many cities.

4. Bowler

52073220837_15792098b8_o.png

Part assortment: New bowling pins parts. Lloyd's headbanded hairpiece in new color.  And bowling balls of course.

Long time ago TLG did an official bowling set for Friends, but it hasn't come with any actual pins. So this is my first pick for sport member in this line.

5. Mannequin

52073220592_4e1bfdd80f_o.png

Part assortment: New skeleton figure part without skeleton holes, figure stand, neckscarf. Returning original Umbridge hairpiece and recolored handbag.

I don't say this is majorly wanted by people, but it could be more precise to put a figure that looks more like a fake figure instead of a pure color minifigure in a store scene.

6. Florist

52074262871_2b0c33304d_o.png

Part assortment: New sunflower part and headscarf. Scissors in new color.

This is a kinda random pick for a city rep in this line, but I think florist would be something TLG can actually make.

7. Green Man

52074262851_863cc16d3f_o.png

Part assortment: New reindeer horns, leaf "mask" hairpiece, natural wooden cane. Squirrel in green color.

I'm abit surprised Robert didn't do this character after several plant family members, technically it's been suggested by several members on this board.

8. Galaxy Diva

52074746510_b1b32a7e52_o.png

Part assortment: Returning Alien Clinger, Atlantis Squid Warrior feet in new color, recolored mic stand.

I'm not good at sci-fi characters, but I feel like this can be a good recycle idea from past Space parts.

9. Natrualist

52074491934_051bd41d67_o.png

Part assortment: New hairpieces, two new birds. Another LEGO NEWS issue.

It sounds like historical figures have become a thing, so hope that this one is obvious enough.

10. Sassy Dwarf

52074746475_c2f44ea6db_o.png

Part assortment: New dwarf helmet with ponytails. New flail colors.

At this point it's weird for official LEGO line to not have any dwarf girl despite of all the Castle lines and license LotR. Still, I think this can still happen if TLG do want to bring back Castle in CMF series.

11. War Nurse

52074262591_18f11065fd_o.png

Part assortment: New scarf headpiece, Recolored lamp and suitcase.

While this has been on the list for long time, I think people have been aware that TLG has introduced Ms Pomfrey in a precise design. So this really depends on whether her parts are licensed and TLG need to make a new headpiece for other generic War Nurses.

12. Mergirl

52074491544_9bf0954d3a_o.png

Part assortment: New Duplo hairpiece, revamped jellyfishes. Ballet skirt in transparent seagrass color.

Robert has mentioned a centuar kid so of course merhuman also need their kids.

13. Merlion

52074746200_29b498130b_o.png

Part assortment: New merlion head, new water sprout piece (can be inserted into the mouth hole),  white mermaid tail.

Statue series has been abit overdue. Since TLG has stores in Singapore, they might have already noticed this.

14. Capricorn

52074262966_5d2e220991_o.png

Part assortment: New goat horn with hairpiece, horn instrument. Teal mermiad tail.

I was trying to compromise with Robert's lack of Ichthyocentaur and Constellation lineup.

15. Tengu

52074746155_d0b015daa5_o.png

Part assortment: New tengu hat hairpiece, new head with long nose, new. Black wings.

Ninjago has been a weird line since after a long time they finally seem to be interested in Japanese folkflore after Monkey Kid did more in that. Tengu can be a good addition to both Ninjago storyline or in Japanese castle storytelling.

16. Lucky Cat

52074491594_a60c925e50_o.png

Part assortment: New cat head, coin shield and pillow.

This is technically not a new concept as TLG already did it in BrickHeadz line. I think many of the BrickHeadz ideas need to return to minifigures, Lucky Cat is one of them.

Oh I think there are 21 in total, so here we go.

17. Wudan

52073220437_2154afd410_o.png

Part assortment: New headpiece. Two flag sticks on the back. New sword color.

I think TLG is totally okay to give Chinese culture more shots. Wudan is a big signature in Chinese opera, and it would also work as a fighter concept

18. General Frost

52074491794_06feb1c47c_o.png

Part assortment: New ushanka hat, icicle shaped beard. Transparent rifle.

Since world wars and contemporary military aren't viable in official products, I think this is the closest we can have in the line. Still for some reason this cannot happen in short time.  :def_shrug:

19. Thunderbird

52074746440_5d86c47b1a_o.png

Part assortment: new bird head, bird wings. Bricks with totem arets.

I think a detailed totem pole would be very useful for future indian sets, if possible.

20. Robotic Housekeeper

52074491524_6145478cf9_o.png

Part assortment: New robot head and hairband. Recolored broom and robot cat. Two technic conveyors

And robots are also not my thing . This is a knockoff concept from some past cartoon characters. I think cleaning adroids can happen in any City scene if people want to.

21. Aries

52074262986_cdc63fc63b_o.png

Part assortment: new goat horn maiden hairpiece. Goat in ram color, pink staff.

I don't have good ideas left so another constellation personification takes the place.

-----------------

Group pic / colorful exclamation marks take the place in a white background.

52074746360_2151c06376_o.png

Bag:

52074264198_4c08d2658c_o.jpg

Leaflet:

52074491639_1bece3a67a_o.png

Box Distribution (60 minifigures):

52074491984_7926f5251d_o.jpg

And that is all.

This is also a thankful appreciation to all the Robert's hardwork throughout the whole project. I'm sure Robert will keep amazing and inspiring us in future new projects.

I didnt include your characters because I didn't want to spoil them. The Tyrant looks great

Looks like I spoke too soon regarding the passing of the mantle! @Dorayaki steps up!

Tyrant: A charmingly over-the-top fantasy villain! You have a point about how TLG likes to have warring factions in Castle and tends to code one side as evil...but when that side is human they don't really look evil in that wonderful fantasy fashion. We need somebody like this. I really like the recolored seagull as a crow/raven.

Drink Kid: The boba tea costume (and matching accessory) is a lot of fun, but I'm not sure about the face here. The pale eyebrows and half-moon glasses make it look more like a senior than a kid.

Kebab Chef: That is one serious serving of shawarma! Of course I love the national costume too.

Bowler: They seriously made a Friends bowling set with no pins? What in the world were they bowling at? I love how serious this gal looks for what has never been regarded as a very serious sport. I can easily imagine people hunting for these just for the pins to make a full-sized bowling alley MOC, or to repurpose them as juggling clubs. (Hey, there's a circus CMF concept...a Juggler!)

Mannequin: I actually really like this; something like it would give boutique MOCs (and modified official sets) a more polished look than the blank minifigs that tend to be used. The fancy handbag is a winner too.

Florist: He can hang out with the Landscaper! The sunflower would make a welcome addition to the LEGO flower collection--I've kitbashed them before out of existing parts but never loved the results.

Green Man: This concept is on my Top Ten Wanted list, so I'm already intrigued. The leaf mask, the elk-like antlers, the shillelagh! The green squirrel is a fun addition although not very versatile.

Galaxy Diva: This is such a specific concept, and yet it works extremely well with the parts selection. I kinda love her!

Naturalist! My man Chuckie D! Two new bird molds and a lovely Victorian suit and hairdo!

Sassy Dwarf: Semi-serious question for the artist here...how do you know TLG hasn't produced any girl dwarves? Because they all have beards? Who says female dwarves don't have beards? In all seriousness, I doubt LEGO would go that route, so a character like this is somewhat overdue.

War Nurse: I'd go with something more like Historical Nurse for the name, to avoid the association with 20th Century warfare which TLG normally tries to avoid. Very nice crisp design

Mergirl: This is a terrific concept! How old is she, like 4? (or the equivalent for her species) Child-sized mermaid tails are such an obvious concept that I don't know why I never thought of them, and the redesigned jellyfish would be an instant hit I'm sure. I really like the perky pink hair too.

Merlion: What a delightful idea! You're absolutely right that we need more statue figures, and this is a great break from the humanoid standard. Everyone who ever MOCed a park with a fountain in it would want one. And it's a fantasy concept, which I always approve of.

Capricorn: Very specific, but it introduces the Zodiac subtheme, which definitely interests me! I like how you include both the glyph on the brooch and the shape of the constellation itself. Not sure about the colors--Capricorn is an earth sign and is also ruled by Saturn, which might warrant something more on the dark brown end of the spectrum. I won't nitpick though.

Tengu: Another awesome fantasy/folklore archetype! He really does look perfect, and of course sets up a joke where human minifigs are astonished that he even has a nose, let alone a long one! I'm digging the feather fan.

Lucky Cat: Another familiar Japanese image, and one I never knew I wanted until I saw it right here. Of course there should be a maneki-neko minifig!

Wudan: Absolutely beautiful! If you've been following my comments you know how much I love the cultural costumes, the more intricate the better.

General Frost: I feel like TLG might shy away from such a blatant war reference, but I love his design. (I am, of course, also all about the seasonal folklore characters.) That beard is a real winner! I think people would get a kick out of the ice rifle too.

Thunderbird: This one I am less certain about. I like the look of him, you've recreated the style of PNW native art very well, but hints of cultural appropriation always make me squirm a little and I'm not sure if this is authentic enough to be appreciative rather than appropriative.

Robotic Housekeeper: A classic! Remember when we all thought we'd have robot servants in The Future? How'd we wind up settling for just a Roomba?

Aries: You really seem to like horned hairpieces, between this gal, Capricorn, and the Green Man. Not that I am complaining! As with Capricorn, I would adjust the color here to perfect the astrological reference--Aries should be bold red! I'd also give her a sheep rather than a goat--no matter how much we want the goat back, Aries is the Ram.

Are you planning to continue? These are all so attractive!

@Dorayaki, you are not only the one - I once suggested my ideas to Robert a few years ago (just in case if he ran out of ideas, not knowing he had unused lists). I noticed that he didn’t include my ideas - even on not on his unused lists. I would like to do my own series. Unfortunately, my vision is not so great that I can’t draw anything. :(

By the way, I LOVE your desgins - Drink Kid, Natrualisit, Sassy Dwarf, Mergirl, Merlion, Capricorn, and a fe more are brilliant!!

Thanks to everyone for sharing their thoughts!

Phantom Thief is a trope very popular in Japan, maybe not as much as the Magical Girl, but IPs like Persona are great example of it. You can read more about here https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/PhantomThief

Oh thanks for info. I’m a huge fan of Persona 5 myself but I am not sure if I was wrong about Phatnom Theif concept came from Persaona. At least, I LOVE your w artwork!

Thank for passionate reply. I don't have same enough talent like Robert  and my work is kinda busy. Maybe if there are enough ideas to inspire me in far future.

And Robert still has a giant list we want to see.

I thought Lupin was one of the well-known great thief image in literature before manga and cartoon like to create more characters based on this role.

Thanks a lot Dorayaki!

From those you posted Tyrant, War Nurse, Naturalist, Lucky Cat, Robot and Druid are my favorites!

I did considered a Druid, which looks a lot like your Green Man. But, as you said, I already had several plant-related minifigures (Alraune, Nymph, Pixie, etc)

Yeah…?

Wait a minute, are you talking about Arsense Lupin? Well, he was created by LeBlanc several years before Persona series’ existence. He was a gentleman theif, rather than phantom theif.

Series Z looks great! Totally dig the Phantom Thief, Cecaelia and Cyberpunk Guy, those were my faves of the series. The fantastical ones such as the Ogre and Hammer Wielder looks really nice too!

Seeing all 500 minifigures is just Wow. I really gotta revisit the past series and check out what would be my faves since I haven't been hanging here (or Eurobricks in general) a lot for quite some time now.

@Dorayaki I just noticed the Tyrant is meant to be a chase minifigure? There is only 1 per box

Finally came back from work and I think I need to make a comment.

Out of all the excellent 500 minifigure ideas from Robert, if TLG is willing to offer 12 slots of a series, my most wanted from all of them would be:

Terracotta Warrior / SERIES K
Actor / SERIES L
Lady Justice / SERIES M
Writer / SERIES Ñ
Snowman / SERIES Ñ
Automaton / SERIES P
Mardi Gras Queen / SERIES P
Krampus / ADVENT CALENDAR
Monster Bride / SERIES R
Streamer / SERIES W
Windmill Fighter / SERIES W
Evil Mermaid / SERIES X

Cyberpunk is an aesthic I really dig and I can't believe I made just 1 cyberpunk CMF in SIX YEARS. Its insane. Just like Steampunk, one could make almost an entire wave out of it. Also, I agree with you about the Cyberpunk visual drift. At this point is mixing a lot with the vaporwave aesthetic

Oh, doesn't sound good to me, he is my fav for Series Z. If you introduced him earlier we might had seen some of the unused Cyberpunk members from your unused lists.

Lunch Lady is definitely executable based on the vendor minifigures. But I feel like TLG would just give her a Surgeon hat. My third fav of Series Z would be Dollmaker.

Thanks for the feedback and it's good to know the critiques that can help improvement.

The costume face doesn't seem precise enough, my bad.

I'm not sure if I didn't make enough study about the dwarves in folklore and fiction, do the two genders of dwarves look-alike based on common knowledge? It's safe to say the LotR series minifigures didn't have any girl. But I do see that some female dwarves are described to have beard, which could had been a good idea for the design here.

I can understand your concern about appropriation. Thunderbird is nominally a folklore character from Indian culture, and I think totem pole has been referred in phyiscal sets. I wonder if it was a good idea to portray it with pole totem elements or it needs a different design.

I'm not quite sure if there is a well-acknowledged theme color palette to represent the Constellation characters.  If any, maybe the characters should either be more precise about their myth origins or the personalities of stereotypes?

I think such kind of theif character from modern fictional movies, comic and cartoon characters are the extention of the past version. And since modern fiction means to focus on action, adventure or romance, the characters would have a different image.

Well, Robert, it's your final series and I have to say, even with no Hestia, ha ha ha, it went out with a tremendous bang! What a wild ride of figures over the last several years, all presented with aplomb and an eye for that Lego charm and intricate details that made your creations feel like they could be coming soon to a toy aisle near us. Sadly, that's not the case, and what a blow that is to those of us who covet these little yellow marvels. Series Z is an amazing mix of creations, and I would gladly buy every single one of them. My obligatory favorites list though includes that stunning Cecaelia, Hammer Wielder, Feral Boy, Frontiersman and that creepy Dollmaker. I adore the Lunch Lady and the Phantom Thief too.

Well done and your creativity and contribution to this community will be missed. Luckily, nature abhors a vacuum, and I see there's new talent coming into play already!
