The Gun Slinger reminds me of Pirate Queen, both are magnificent, The Physicist is a very nice depiction of Sir Isaac Newton, I also adore the Harlequin, The Monster Bride, Beefeater, Centaur, Storyteller, ALL OF THEM! If they were using you for inspiration, the series would be much better than it is. I think it's a coincidence. A stuffed bunny is a reasonably obvious variation on a teddy bear.
