Stumbled upon this real nice red racer, did a eurobricks search, but can't find any info except the photos on the eBay listing. Any idea who the author is and what else he's come up with?

He's selling instructions on eBay and I hope he does not mind me sharing my find. Yes, it does come with custom stickers.
