[MOD] Dodge T-Rex 6x6 Friends Edition

Recommended Posts

Hello!

The topic is updated with new video:

I’d like to show my Dodge T-Rex off-roader in new style. I call it Friends edition :) Its main feature is a turtle on the hood. Also the model has AWD and all-wheel steering.

One XL for drive and two M-motors for independent steering.

Love the colors! I am also investing some time and money to get some unusual and rare colored parts.

Okay @desert752...... we have all been complaining about the lack of color variety...too much red in technic models but this is ridiculous......

Kidding..... I like it. Too much fun. fun to mix things up once in a while

Okay.... I responded before I watched the video. I watched the video and am now correcting my sin of responding too early.

The video is priceless. This is one of my favorite pics of all time in the Lego genre:

"To tell the truth my favorite theme isn't Technic...."

    Well done @Desert752. Great builder and also a great sense of humor.....Perhaps you shold have snuggled up a little closer to those "friends" of yours.....

And just so no one else repeats my sin.... WATCH THE VIDEO!!

Cool. The turtle made it to the end of the course. I can think you can make it more Friends-ly by adding Emma and Stephanie figs into the seats.

Thanks a lot for so many kind words. As for me most of all I like the white cage - it looks really awesome!

I have no Friends figs :)))) I have only turtle, hedgehog, penguin and a few rabbits :)

I wholeheartedly approve.

It's fun how the master of alternate colors is the first the react....

All that aside, I love the white rollcage around!

So I know that everyone has just admitted that Ideas is stupid and rigged, and this model uses sbrick, but if you made a version with normal ir recievers, would you consider aubmitting it? We could have jim make a poll to see how many guys on the forum would support it, (maybe even frontpage it) and if lots of people do, well, then... Also Sariel please don't smite me I know you say it's pointless but we might as well try :\
