No problem, will do - I added it because it was too good to miss. I look forward to seeing it in its full glory - perhaps give it a full topic of its own?

I will :)

Actually, I have rebuilt the frame and back of the superstructure, so I am one step closer to presenting it, as you said, in its full glory.

9398 by Flying-k

Hot rod hot rod

Piper cub plane

Piper cub

Thanks, have added those to 9398's entry.

Also added an entry for 42000 Grand Prix Racer today.

EDIT: and 42035 Mining Truck.

Progress report:

So far documented:

43 C-models from 9 sets;

Still to go:

[27 known C-models from 13 sets]

+ [any one-set C-models from TC5]

+ [the vast collections in the personal indexes of jono.rocky, rumpletump, Tomik & grohl666]

+ [any more undiscovered]

+ [any more in progress and to be designed!]

The TC5 models are a bit different, as they require two sets to build. They should probably have their own category, but I'll let you decide.

That's the plan, though I haven't quite worked out how I will go about including those where a single designer has a vast and well-structured index of their own already!

Does my Bootleg Belle qualify? Made only of 42000, roughly 92,5% of the set's parts (wild guess).

EDIT: Since then the model was slightly updated, but is still roughly the same and no parts outside of 42000 were added.

Thanks for the suggestions, WvG_853.

Yes, of course.

Apologies for the slow/lack of progress, in the middle of my busiest month at work, pretty much ever...

I don't think the following C-models of sets 8048, 8067 and 9394 by Tomik have been suggested already:

http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=123751entry2570546

I don't have sets 8048 and 9394, but these C-models alone are worth buying them in my opinion.

Actually, have you checked out Tomik's website: http://buildinst.sweb.cz/instructionsen.html

He has C-models for many Lego Technic models:

8041

8048

8052

8053

8067

8068

8294

9391

9393

9394

42001

42006

42010

42020

42024

42035

42041

Some of his C-models of the Creator series are hilarious! Check them out ... :sweet:

Thanks for the suggestions everyone - some I already have noted down, others that are new to me.

Yes, thanks, his great index has been suggested (along with one or two other people's) - for those prolific builders who already have well-structured indexes of their own, I'll probably find a way of including a link to the whole index rather than to every individual model.

Draggy could be a small addition to 2016's sets C-Model collection? 42046 alt build, at your disposal. :sweet:

Just noting down Wiseman_2's snow groomer so I don't lose it later: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=134333

Some seem to have got the impression that you have to apply to get your models included. To be clear, this is not a hall of fame - the intention is to include every C-model, without making any kind of judgement on design quality (builders will naturally choose their favourites to try out with no help from me!). The reason for many models not being included YET is simply my slow progress at updating
