I'm picking up a lot signals on the scanner, but I don't see anything out here...not a ship in sight.

They're not submarines, are they..?!

No, the signals are too weak to be any kind of a ship...it must be... Oh no! Kill the engines!

What's wrong?

We're in the middle of a minefield. That's what all these signals are!

That explains why Octan stopped chasing us. I'll try to raise HQ on the radio, see if they can redirect the rendezvous to airlift us directly from here.

Nothing too complicated, I propped up a small sheet of polycarbonate with the boat on, then took the picture from the bottom.
