I recall never having to add this rule to a GoH contest. Pretty obvious not to do so. And if someone still does it, I think he just makes a fool of himself.

That's my mistake. I misread your "Not sure if I will be able to enter into category.." as not being eligible to enter the contest. In combination at looking at your signing-up as a member date, I misread 2015 as 2016. That's what you get when making a voting topic too hasty. But I added the links and send a pm to members that already voted to have look at your entries also!
