Dear Mayor of Bastion,

It has come to my attention, that the Town of Bastion is a few buildings away from calling itself a Large Town.
But during my recent visit it became to me as if there is not much building activities going on in the town.

Bastion requires two more commercial buildings and three more factories.
If those are to be build, that would improve our trade position, might pull in more ships,
visitors and maybe even citizen, which will improve the money flow into Bastion and the Sea Rats fraction as a whole.

Hereby I offer to pay half of the construction costs of any of those five buildings build, free of any attachments.

If anyone has build such a building in Bastion I will order the Doubloons transferred.  
Just last week I became the owner of a residence in Bastion, sending a letter there with the details of the build will suffice. (ooc. pm to Bart) 

Maybe the Mayor wishes to expand my offer to builders from community funds? But that is a decision I leave in his capable hands.
