I am building a castle to suite my knights from the new castle line. I was wondering if we could have a Castle Gates Competition. I think that it would help me finish the hardest part of the castle for me... The gates!

• Length: 4 - 5 weeks and aditional 1 week for voting
  
• Forum: History and Adventure
  
• Amount of Pieces: Infinite
  
• Amount of Figures: Infinite
  
• Sets you can use: Any from the themes
  

1. Old castle theme

3. Knights Kingdom
   
4. Castle ( the new theme )

This may not be a request and what not, but I have a suggestion: "No posting of entries in any forum until the contest the entry was entered in is over."

I've seen this with the EB Sig-fig house competition. I just think that it gives the entries more of an "up-hand" than those who would not post it.

Okay, so I have deleted my module contest, and replaced it with this:

* theme of competition- The "Make your addition to a city" contest

* format: Baseplate, any dimension.

* length of competition-2-3 weeks

* forum where its going to take place- Trains and Town

* what prizes are offered-homeade image(banner, avata, etc) entries to my drawing, and another surprise!!

* The members need to build their addition to a city/town. It can be a resturant, or a hotel. It will be based on quality, and neatness.

If its possible, coul this one is schedualed first, as I do not plan on doing the SigFig Vig till mid 08?? Thanks!

Build any ship from the Expanded universe; cannot be from any movie.

Well, after I made some alternate models I thought it would be interesting to turn it into a Compitition!

Compitition Type: Best alternate model to your chosen set.

Length: 4 weeks to post your idea, 1 week semi's, 1 week final.

Rules, You must use all the peices from that set and you cant borrow any other peices from another set even if you have 2x of the set you are making an alternate model of.

Prize: $1 000 000 Bragging rights that you are the best Alternate Mocing champ!

Dear EB members,

We are closing this thread and are no longer taking contest requests. A number of members have complained to us about the number of contests being held at any given time and unfortunately the time has come for us to regulate the contests. We apologize for taking away this freedom but hope this will guarantee more fun and creative contests & challenges for everyone in the future.

We will let the scheduled contests begin and conclude and then devise a new system for starting contests. A thread will be opened where people can submit ideas or help build on other ideas. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we start this process. And thank you for your creative energy and fun you've brought with the contests we've held to date.
