Need quick help regarding PMs

Hey, so, usually when I get PMs I get an email in my Spam folder saying I have a new message or a reply.

But recently, I've been getting them in my normal inbox. Is there a button or something that stops sending me emails every single time I get a response?

If there's a solution, please share and thanks!!

My Settings (Just click your username in the upper right hand corner of your screen) and then Notification Options. There's a huge array of checkboxes that manage this stuff.
