Foreword

  • First of all, enjoy this index, BUT DO NOT USE IT TO BUMP TOPICS where the last comment was posted 1 month ago!!!
  • Making indexes is very time consuming, so please do not panic if your ship can't be found in this index! You may always send me a PM when it appears your ship is not in the list, but has been posted for longer than 1 week.
  • A ship is always made by someone. But as ships can have different owners over the time due the MCRA system, there is also the "Owner EB name" where the current owner is stated.
  • The ship can have a different status since last time you checked the INDEX. Some examples: (the status can be found next to "licenced/unlicenced"
    • Active: this ship roams the Seven Brickseas
    • Inactive: it has been a while since someone saw it (meaning mostly the owner became inactive)
    • Destroyed: destroyed in a MCRA action without a renewed licence
    • Sistership "original name": the original ship has been destroyed and a sister ship is made.
    • For Sale: the owner wants to sell the ship, you should pm the owner if interested.

    [*]All ships that appear somewhere in BoBs can be found in this list. Also the ships made by someone belonging to another faction for a certain faction. These ships are ofcourse unlicenced and they may be for sale (see status). In the Faction Index, they will appear under "Unlicenced Vessels" and are added to the "Royal Fleet".

    [*]The Official Lego Sets are also included in this index as they are for some people a source of inspiration. Those ships can never be licenced by a member, only by a faction, but they can be used to depict heroic naval battle scenes.

INTRO

The place to expand your fleet!!!

This list are ships made by BOBS-members. As they were build for another faction (story purpose for example), the builder can choose to put the ship for sale. If a member of that other faction needs a ship to participate in the MCRA but has not the time/bricks to build it himself, he can buy the shipsrights from the current owner and licence it.

Buying/selling a ship

Seller: please contact me through private message when interested in selling a ship. We will discuss the price and I will put the ship in this list and change the status of the ship in the Ship Index.

Buyer: when interested in a ship: please contact me and/or the seller and do your offer. If agreed, and the amount of db's are received by the seller and by me (my administration fee of 3 db), I will remove the ship from this list and also change the owner in the Ship Index.

Note: only when I know a ship has changed owners and have done the administration, you will be able to licence it! So even if you do business directly with your best EB-pal, you will have to tell me (and pay the fee) so I can update the Ship Index.

Transaction & administration fee

When a transaction is made, the buyer will have to send the amount of db's to the seller through the webform. The seller will have to give Maxim I an administration fee of 3 db (also through the webform).

The administration fee should be seen as a reward for the guy updating the Ship Index weekly (so me pirate_satisfied.gif )

Regarding the Unknown Oleon Trade Ship: A little bird told me that, in fact, it was not destroyed, just damaged. The same little bird then continued to tell me, it is actually being refitted presently in a certain nation's shipyard and will be making her return to the Brethren of the Brick Seas soon.....

The little bird also complained it had perched on the ship's railing, which was freshly painted, and now the underside of its little feet were red.....

For future reference Carno, Mardier, Altonia, Namere and Garvey have royal fleets of class 5 heavy that are in the waters of New Terra. Varcoast, Pontilla both have fleets, but are not present in New Terra. The other kingdoms and confederacies also have stayed put at this point.

Wow, last week was an explosion of ships!!!

I needed 3 hours (!!!) for this update! I think I added 20 ships to the index...

So congratz everyone!

BUT, as it is so time consuming, I have to excuse myself for not commenting on all the wonderfull builds that are posted in BOBS.

To everyone who build a ship: please check the index (both ship index and faction index) and if there is a fault, please tell me!!!

I ask because I spent a bunch of time cutting out background in the rigging, and the two pictures you used were kind of just blah.
