Will Obi Wan starfighter finally gives us a phase 2 Cody? (If it is from episode III)

Last chance!

Edit: it says ROTS next to the starfighter so it is an episode III set

Id say the battlefront empire battle pack will likely be Snowtroopers. We're probably getting the new stormtroopers in the force awakens BP and the rebels one is still out. So unless there's more classes of empire troops in the game, I think that's what we'll see since Hoth is one of the few planets in the game.

What about an Endor themed BP with Biker Scouts and Stormtroopers?

Likewise I could see an Endor Rebel strike team BP.

Hoth attack - maybe this could be an attack by the Wampa, as glimpsed is the recent hoth video that featured the ucs echo base. There was a glimpse of a Wampa cave with different features to the last one.

That's true. We've yet to see updated scout troopers so I think that may be more likely actually

Re the tfa sets because they mostly matter: I see the following as possibilities.

Battle of Takodana is likely the place where Maz castle stands and where the FO attacks. Maz uses her "special powers" here and many of her pirate crew are here. We could see some FO stormtroopers or the variant heavy troopers along with Maz and maybe even Leia since she may be involved in the skirmish if resistance soldiers show up as a battalion to escort her. If we don't see the Red guy with cool helmet I would like to see him in the pirate transport set.

For pirate transport it could be the freighter or part of that sequence or a transport Maz could use to escape the FO battle. But I think more likely the pirate transport will feature the mods and rockers gang rivalry that chewie and Han and Finn and Rey get caught up in. I definitely do not want rehashes of Tasu Leech or the Kanjiklub characters.

Where does somethig mention that the droid escape and Hoth sets are from the OT?

There could be some sort of droid escape on TFA, and Hoth will be aslo there.

I think the people hoping for the Battlefront battle packs to include generic rebels and stormtroopers are going to be disappointed. If they were just going to be generic Endor/Hoth battle packs, they probably would have been labeled that way. But since they're marked as Battlefront-inspired, they'll probably contain more specialized troops. That Sullustan rebel is definitely a safe bet for the Rebel pack and I bet that we'll see some of those Imperial Shocktroopers in the Imperial battle pack.

That's what I'm worried about. :(

Stormtroopers just don't look good in red. Those are Clone Shocktrooper colours, not Imperial.

I kinda doubt that. They've gotten rid of class based systems in the new "battlefront" which I'm pretty means you basically play as a generic stormtrooper/rebel unless you become a Jedi/sith

But there's no Clone Wars in the new Battlefront--one of many reasons why I'll skip the game.

Haha well I may not understand how one can prefer clones to stormtroopers, but there is still a chance that there could be clone content in the DLC's

I'm sure we'll get more Rebels stuff later in the year, I'm glad we got some Microfighters at least.

AT-DP almost certainly would have an AT-DP pilot in it, but it'd be nice if it had the alternate darker colouring.

Zare Leonis is another possibility.

The TIE could have either the Inquisitor, Tie Pilot or Valon Rudor. In reality, he could be as simple as a Tie pilot with a new face print.

The Ghost will have Hera, I'm sure. Kanan, Sabine and Ezra have all appeared more than once already, and most of the time Hera stays on board the Ghost, meaning there is more chance of Zeb being in another non-Ghost set.

Hopefully the Wookiee ship comes with either Wulffwarro or the generic Wookiee.

OT stuff is cool, I'm sure Droid Escape will have something in it worth getting apart from the escape pod. I wish there was a UCS Cloud City, but I'd be happy if it came out in three or four instalments, as with Jabba's line (Skiff, Sailbarge, Rancor, Palace). If so, maybe we can expect a Cloud Car, Bespin Guard Battle Pack and various locations (Vader and Luke's Duel, Lando's Appartment, Torture Chamber, Scrap Metal Line, Corridors, Landing Platform etc) to be released with more characters.

I reckon the Hoth set will have Luke, Han and a Wampa, filling out the Hoth minifigs with UCS Hoth Base having Han in the blue jacket and Luke in his recovery robes.

The Battlefront packs are intriguing! I'd guess four minifigures, each different. I don't know enough about the new game to say, but if it's anything like Battlefront or Battlefront II, it could be, say, Stormtrooper (blaster rifle), Scout Trooper (sniper rifle), Imperial Engineer (blaster pistol) and Shock Trooper (heavy weapon).

Not a big fan of the Shock Stormies. Rainbow Clone Troopers are one thing but I like my Stormtroopers nice and white.

Theres no hoth in TFA.

The september set list mentions a snow speeder, so I thought that it would have Hoth.

FO Snowspeeder won't be the exact same as the ESB Snowspeeder used by the Rebel Alliance on Hoth. No one has seen the design but it will be featured on the snow planet in the end of the movie where Starkiller base is located. On a snow world like Hoth but more temperate and tundra than just desolate snow world.

Thankful it's not a complete wave of snowspeeders. I wouldn't put it past them.

The inclusion of anything Bespin related is good. Personally, I feel the higher the price point/piece count is on this one, the better. So here's hoping for something in the $100 range. Oh noes... I just realized this will likely be a half-carbon freezing pit (or - gasp) one fourth a carbon freezing chamber! Then we'll have to buy two/four of them. A familiar tactic in recent Star Wars Lego kits!

I think there is a chance of Cody being in Obi-Wan's starfighter.

In many, though not all, previous iterations of Jedi Interceptors, as well as some Episode III sets,

they included figures that seemed a little random though not unfiting within the movie.

Kit Fisto in the hyperdrive booster ring with Obi-Wan's blue starfighter, Nute Gunray and a battle droid in Anakin's green Jedi Interceptor,

and they also dropped Chancellor Palpatine into a Droid Tri-fighter set. So who knows what might be included this time around...

The list sounds promising unlike last years terrible dead wheat sets in the winter.

The Force Awakens sets I know nothing about and will stay that way but sound interesting.

I like that Lego are still including sets from the original and prequel trilogy to please many fans. The Hoth Attack hopefully has a wampa which would make this set appeal and the droid escape was perfectly created in 2012 so nothing there for me.

The other two are pleasing to see as the Carbonate Freezing Chamber is something I don't have and will sell great. I also like the interceptor and here's hoping that it will have Tion in.

Return of the battlepacks... that's all I say.

The Microfighters have never appealed to me and the Construction figures too but I see the appeal.

Here's hoping we wont be all let down! and interesting to see when TFA first wave pictures will surface.

From another forum:

Prepare to be disappointed with the Freeze Chamber, it's a very small set. Priced at £25 in UK, comes with about four mini figures, one being Han Carbonite block.

No reply (yet) to the question what his source is, and no idea if it's a genuine insider.
