Before I try to group people let's get the current status correct: I've put the names in green which I believe already have a spot in a chalet or will find their own accommodations. Anyone in black in the list I'm assuming still needs a spot in a shared chalet. Also I've indicated who will arrive on Sunday. Are you coming later and are not yet marked that way in the list then let me know. Please have a look and let me know if something is not correct. Also you must realize that it might not be possible to have a perfect filling in each chalet. For example: If in the end there are 8 people left I'll fit them as 2x 4. This means the people in those chalets all pay a little bit more for their spot in the chalet, but that's the best solution for everyone. So this won't be perfect science, more like the best possible. It seems to make a lot of sense to group the 5 remaining persons who'll arrive on Sunday in 1 chalet. That would be: Chalet 4 Eiker86 (candidate chalet responsible) Morten (candidate chalet responsible) LegoFjotten LEGO_duden Quarryman Total: 5 Would that be ok? If that were to happen then I have 10 persons remaining + Whitefang/Belun who will only be able to give final confirmation later. Leaving them out the equation for now we could do: Chalet 5 (grouping the remaining ladies, kid and Snefroe ) - Snefroe -> Sne, would you be ok to be chalet responsible? - bricktect - JanetVanD +1 (12years old) - Rolli mom Total: 5 Chalet 6 - Christian (chalet responsible) - Skalldyr - Puvel - Ras 74 - Mechamike Total: 5 Remaining: - Whitefang + Belun Did I miss anyone?
