demon14082001 Posted November 17, 2015 I know in these months , Lego receives a lot of order so they can be late delivered . I ordered a lego technic set 42042 on about 11/11/2015 and now where is still no email which include stracking number or confirm that they started to ship . Is that normal ? zux Posted November 17, 2015 Unfortunately, yes this is common. I think I have never received a single email about my order and it's status updates. Reading older topics I found it used to be different, but still not great. The best option for you would be to login to S@H and check the status of your order there. talos Posted November 18, 2015 I never get any email notifications either...I agree, best way to see if its been shipped or the status is to look up your order number on the website and if its been sent, it would say shipped there.
