Yes, but T1 does not mean Type 1. It is VW Transporter T1 (i.e. version/generation 1). Or VW Type 2 T1 if you prefer :)

Correct... I drive a Type2 T2 The T is like saying Mark 1 or mark 2.

I also have a type 3 and type 4 but they are cars.

People that drive type 2 T4's and call them type 4's really bug me

Just finished building this. Was rather enjoyable. Quite liked the challenge of not having numbered bags. Wouldn't mind if more sets were done that way.
