Hello, new friend :)

Hey all! I'm new at Eurobricks, so I'm here to tell you something about me!

My name is Luca, and I am a 17-years-old LEGO fan from Italy. I live not so far from Milan.

Well, my LEGO story began when I was a child and my parents used to buy me LEGOs as a present sometimes. Then I started enjoying them, so my unique present became LEGO... And now, I use the money I get in every occasion the most to buy LEGOs.

Until 2014, I used to buy sets, mainly City, Creator and Modular Buildings, and made some simple MOCs with few bricks I got from LEGO sets, nothing more... In 2010 my younger brother suggested me to build a city with our sets and I thought it was a great idea, so we realised it and kept for a couple of months, and so we did in 2011 too. Then in 2012 we built something bigger and made a stop-motion movie. But it was still simple. In September 2013 I joined an Italian LEGO Community and so I learnt a lot about LEGOs, began to take part to events, meet LEGO fans and learn about MOCs.

During 2014 I took part to some Italian contests and events and built my first important MOC – St. Stephen's Cathedral, inspired to the one in Budapest. Then during the summer my brother and I built a big LEGO City with our collection. The fact is that we had to use custom paper streets, so that the outcome was ok, but nothing about what we're looking for at now.

From September 2014 to June 2015 I've been working at my biggest project, the Prater Ferris Wheel (inspired to the one in Wien), which I built last month and displayed at ItLUG Lecco 2015 two weeks ago.

Now I'm working at some microscale monuments I'll show you soon.

Anything else about myself? I'm a referee, love music and videos, like maths and the human body.

I'll leave you some photos of my MOCs and what I have just written about. Then I'll post something more about my works as soon as possible.

Hi Luca!

I really love all the pictures you linked to. The Cathedral looks awesome, and so does your LEGO City! I have one too, but I am lacking space to make it much bigger :sceptic:

I hope you have a great time in EB and that we have the opportunity to cross each other's paths in the future, as I would really like to know you better!

Have fun,

David
