Murdoch17 Posted September 15, 2022 I'll echo @Scoog on the tram compatibility with L-gauge track. On one hand, I'm (cautiously) optimistic and hopeful. But on the flip side of things the recent Hogwarts Express fiasco* has me feeling a bit bitter and cynical. *We wait twenty-one years for a Hogwarts Express that looks good, and when we do get it, the dang thing can't run on train track! I use the old style baseplates/road plates and therefore don't have a need for the newer road plate style. Also, since it's such a large part, I feel like they detract from the overall set value. Yeah, Ideally it would be L gauge. Even better if it can be easily motorized like the WV train was. As for the Hogwarts.... I was really hoping it would be more like the Disney Train, motorized, two passenger cars, and a full station. As it is, there is not reason for us L gauge folks to buy it. PGBQW Posted September 16, 2022 Very interesting stuff! I take the tram is indeed compatible with the system tracks. I wonder how big it is, thought? It can fit 4 minifigures and can be modified to include an engine, so it needs to be fairly big. As a matter of fact, the whole set sounds pretty big, but it's only 100€ so that seems impossible.
