Hopefully I'll be able to finish filming my 42069 RC mod tomorrow morning, until then I wanted to share this image. I think it looks pretty cool after sunset :)

I use a Fujifilm Finepix XP120. It works well for the simple pictures I take.
Also here's an example of a rule of thirds outdoor shot:

I have a Fujifilm XP50. The XP50 doesn't allow changing focus points like a DSLR.  I use a LEGO target tile to focus when the subject is not on the focus point as an alternative to the focus/recompose technique..   Set the timer to 10 secs.  Press the shutter to focus and then get the target out of the scene before the 10 seconds is up.

Interesting, I'll have to try it.

Thanks guys :) @JJ2 - I re-used the setup created for my Star Wars motors scene, you can check it in the following video:

Amazing! I can't believe those were real Lego bricks :)

A while ago I experimented with some minifig photos that tell a story. It’s not quite tehinic but the skills could be carried over. 800x533.jpg

PS I’m sorry if it’s a bit out of focus. BTW, can anyone guess how it’s done?

interesting tidbit, there's no glass. Good try though @IA creations , you are on the right track. Instead of using glass I used a long stick attached to the minifigs back. It was windy that day and because the mini could sway, it became a bit out of focus.

When in doubt, add more wings ;)

Really like the bokeh on the ground, the Laowa 7.5mm f/2 MFT is a true gem!

I think this looks great with your post production.  Do you drive that treaded vehicle on pavement?  If so how do those studs wear after driving over it?

Beautiful. IMO one of my favorite LEGO pictures.
