I think this is really a perfect entry. Composition, subject, building techniques, colour and minifig elements are all first class. I will be amazed if anyone does better for this battle.

I'm really glad this was front-paged, I think I'd miss it otherwise. It's a wonderful MOC, and the contrast between the bright blue waters and the sandy walls is really eye catching. Also, I'm not an expert on machines, but the pumping system seems to be functional. Well done.
