Balbo Posted February 7, 2015 (edited) Hello everybody After I saw the Hobbit - Battle of five Armies movie in cinema, I was very dissappointed that there wasn't a funeral scene for Thorin, Kili and Fili to say goodbye to them. For that reason I started to build this MOC, which was inspired by this picture I found online ( https://38.media.tumblr.com/2f2dc48d948faac2216ef3885f938b42/tumblr_ngn865KE2h1txyus2o1_1280.jpg ). The Last Goodbye von Balbo123 auf Flickr Thanks for watching Edited February 7, 2015 by Balbo

Gary The Procrastinator Posted February 8, 2015 My money is on the extended for a cinematic scene Very nice build, captures the feel of the book nicely Agreed, it will likely be in the Extended Edition. But why Jackson added so much and left this key scene out of the main movie is a mystery...

owlbearsforall Posted February 9, 2015 Looks great! And hitting me a little in the feels.... Agreed, it will likely be in the Extended Edition. But why Jackson added so much and left this key scene out of the main movie is a mystery... Left it out for two reasons: 1. so you will buy the extended edition. 2. He knew I would cry all my mascara off once I heard Billy Boyd singing The Last Goodbye, so he decided only one major tearjerker for that movie.

Christian Tony Posted March 9, 2015 Nice scene. Sad... but still a very well made building. I am looking forward for the extended edition.
