Mr Bathory, are all your sets in MISB condition?

well, yes, I have posted a photo. They are all in great shape, with original boxes and instructions, no missing parts.

Yeah, I saw the photo. I wasn't sure if the boxes had been opened which was why I asked.

Sometimes it's hard to tell in pictures.

Got a 6276 - Eldorado Fortress today :pir-classic:

It's in fairly good, played condition, with instructions, no box. But it did have 2 cracked 4x12 plates and a somewhat faded broadside torso. I hope it was a good deal for 55 euro's incl. shipping :pir-sceptic:

Got a 6285 - Black seas barracuda in the mail today :pir-cry_happy:

Not a 100% complete (missing redbeards hook hand and missing a large pirate flag, and no box), and not in top-condition (lots of schratching and roughness), but still I finally got the greatest pirate lego ship ever made :pir-classic: .

Got the following sets last week from an eBay "buy it now" lot:

6263 - Imperial Outpost

6271 - Imperial Flagship

6273 - Rock Island Refuge

6277 - Imperial Trading Post

& after a bath to clean off the thick dust, it became apparent that the sets are in excellent condition... they appear to have been built & left on display for years & not played with... so I am incredibly happy...

but wait, there's more... I go to LEGOland this weekend, so who knows what else this week has in store for me...!

Life is Good.

Here is a list of the "pirate sets" I have:

6236 King Kahuka

6244 Armada Sentry (love the rare green door, BTW)

6245 Harbor Sentry (first "pirate" set I bought)

6262 King Kahuka's Throne

6263 Imperial Outpost (x2)

6265 Sabre Island (second "pirate" set I bought)

6266 Cannon Cove (x2) (one of the coolest small pirate sets I've seen)

6268 Renegade Runner

6274 Caribbean Clipper

6277 Imperial Trading Post (x2) (both copies from Europe with Shooting Cannons)

6280 Armada Flagship (x1.25)* * - 1 is MISB, and I got a Blue Shell and the main parts to make a

second copy

6281 Pirates Periolus Pitfall (I think this one was my first pirate set after my darkage)

10040 Blackseas Barracuda (MISB) the jewel of my pirate collection.

7075 Captain Redbeard's Ship (Jackstone Pirate Ship) (ashamed to even mention it) :pir-sick:

4768 Durmstrang Ship (Pirate Related.... very similiar to the Redbeard Ship) :pir-sceptic:

Its not bad considering that I spend more of my lego budget on town and train, with a bit

of castle.

I don't have much pirate sets, but after seeing the awesome MOCs on here, I might try and buy a few on eBay.

6248 Volcano Island (Well, I have it, but it was broken down ages ago for MOCs

I also have a few parts of 6268 Renegade Runner, and a few various parts from a lot of pirate sets.

I have the set Enchanted Island-6278 and on my birthday I received ,from a friend, Skull Island-6279, intact, from TRU of Cascais( near Lisbon) for just 20€ :pir-cry_happy:

Note: How was it possible for a 1995 set be alive in the year of 2008 AND can I open it??? I look at it every day and I face this horrible dilema... :pir-sing:

Something to rival my BSB came in the mail today :pir-cry_happy: .

From now on I'm a proud owner of a 6286 - Skull's Eye Schooner, in generally good shape (only the instruction manual is with punchholes, some white pieces are a slight bit yellowed and 2 mainsails have a small stain on them :pir-sceptic:), lots of parts are even in "like new" condition, even though a bit dusty. But there where also a few pieces missing unfortunately. But I think I got a fairly good deal (just like with my BSB I think).

Next up is hopefully 6289/6290 - Red Beard Runner, so I would have "the 3" big ships, now to find one for cheap :pir-look: .

Others on my wanted list (no particular order):

6267 - Lagoon Lockup

6268 - Renegade Runner

6271 - Imperial Flagship

6274 - Caribbean Clipper
